Default Heroes and party formation

Today when trying to form a group for gate of madness I had the following happen:

While we were at 6/8, another 2 people advertised themselves in local, and they were useful to fill our last slots. So I go to invite them, only to find there party is too big because they had heroes. While I'm whispering them to check if they had heroes or not, and asking them to join us, someone in my party notices the 3 above their leaders head and announces it to the team. So when they dropped their heroes, my team had already grabbed heroes which I then have to tell my team to drop so that I can invite them.

This was annoying, so I propose the following changes:

1 - The leader of a party shall have the ability to kick any hero from the party, regardless of who owns it, without having to kick its owner. Currently the leader either needs to kick its owner, or get him to kick the hero. The owner can then reinvite that hero instantly with no penalty, except for annoying the party leader.

2 - The numbers above the party leaders head in town, instead of just showing the total size should show separate numbers for the humans, heroes and henchmen.

3 - If a party tries to invite another party where the total size of humans+heroes is above the party limit, but the total number of humans is below the limit, then the invite can still be sent and accepted. If the invite is accepted, then heroes will automatically be kicked to bring the party under the limit. I'm not sure how Guild Wars should decide which heroes will be kicked if it doesn't need to kick them all so I'm favoring the simple method of kicking all heroes and then letting the party invite those they want to bring with them to fill the remaining slots.

/not-signed on one because I was in a few groups today where the leader tried to take generic henchies instead of letting us bring our heroes (meaning I didn't have any with me when I was invited). At least this gives a non-leader, who might know what he's doing or is having a better day to have a choice.

/signed on two because it makes sense. I want to know the general make up first.

As for the third one, how about kicking all heroes/henchies and letting people reinvite them. In this case, humans take precedence over NPCs. But there should be a conformation on the invite and the accept so both are okay with that.

EDIT: the only exception to my last suggestion is mission required heroes or henchies, they should always be in the group.

If the leader wants to take henchmen over heroes which are better and isn't listening to other people in the party, why do you still want to party with him ?
Just tell him why your heroes would be better here than the henchmen, and that if he still insists on taking henchmen threaten to leave. If he still doesn't listen then leave.

Kicking all would be the simplest system for ANET to program. Maybe display such groups with a different color background when listed under the party window.

Keeping a mission required hero is a good idea, but what if the group is planning to do something other than the mission. I'd suggest that it first kicks all but the required hero (if there are multiple chose the one on the inviters party, heroes on their alt name don't count as the required one). If it still requires 1 more slot to fit all humans, kick the hero.
